   The wood was not fit the style of the blade. so i changed it to fit the style of the blade and the concept art. I also added a spec map, change the lighting. any comments and/or suggestions? please, leave them below.

so my orc battle axe is coming along nicely. I have added the red paint elements and checker pattern. so I am not sure what to do with paint elements to make them more believable. if you think of anything please, let me know. Any comments or suggestions I love to heard them.

WIP- Sword_and_Shield_002

After finishing the Tutorial, this was the first pass I did.


I was not happy with the results and speed in which I was texturing. so I created color mask to speed up my texturing.

This the color mask I created.

This rough pass of my texture that was create in 2 hours.I am focusing on the firm and lighting on the rough pass.


This how it looks on the model in Maya with out any lighting.
